Shipping policy

RTS items : Will be shipped with a preparation time of up to 3 days (this does not include holidays or weekends) once items are prepared they can will be delivered 3-5 business days

Custom Items: Preparation times differ from 4-6 weeks based on difficulty and previous customs ordered. All orders are done in the order they are received. Shipping time is 3-5 days after prepared.

Regular Items: 15-27 BUSINESS DAYS from purchase date for assembly of the item. 3-5 days for shipping and delivery of item

 

After tracking number is given and in the hands of USPS we are no longer responsible for the item.
